Customer Indemnity/ Genuinity of Information/ Intention of Making Payments:

The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold SharpEye Techno Solutions and its affiliates harmless from all the liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them. SharpEye Techno Solutions may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

The customer promises that the information provided to SharpEye Techno Solutions on its website www.sharpeyetechnosol.com is true, correct and accurate.

We as a merchant shall be under no-liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any Transaction by their bank on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit, technical glitches at customers end / bank’s end / failure of system or internet connection at customer’s end during making the payment.
